I greatly enjoyed its air conditioned and clean rooms.
This was an easy and perfect location close enough to local supermarket, the airport, and Millau. It also was near the town center.

The hotel provides a warm welcome and a clean overnight stop. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs.
The hotel could benefit from some maintenance and updating.

Standard Campanile Rooms, dependable restaurant.
Staff appeared inflexible to deal with large number of guests arriving in the evening and wanting to have a drink.

The "sitting room" was reserved so we were unable to relax before dinner, but the room was never occupied all evening. Staff unhelpful.

The room was clean, fresh, and had a comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of traveling. The kettle provided in the room was a great addition, allowing us to make hot beverages easily. The staff were cheery and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The supper at the hotel was good and we particularly loved the delicious breakfast. Considering all this, the price was amazing, making it a perfect choice for our travel route.
Felt totally relaxed, no reason to complain.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also provided tea and coffee making facilities, which is unusual for French hotels.
We have trevelled through France on many occasions and speak reasonable French. Unfortunately unless you answered immedicately the staff were inclined to walk away, especially in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant, we thought, was expensive for what you got. At the time of our stay unfortunately none of the staff spoke English, this was not too much of a problem for us but could be for other English people.

Great location near a fantastic charcuterie, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. * Comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep.* Convenient kettle in the room for making hot beverages.
Slippery bath without a mat, which was a bit dangerous when wet. Balcony advertised was actually just an outdoor corridor between upper floor rooms.

Convenient location - The hotel is situated near a major roundabout, making it easily accessible and ideal for exploring the city. The nearby airport is also conveniently close, making it a great choice for travelers.
The limited options and lack of refills on finished plates left us with little choice. the staff seemed overwhelmed, as they were multitasking between serving breakfast, taking phone calls, and placing food orders.

We were pleased with the friendly and welcoming staff. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the airport which was a nice touch. there was free parking available on-site , making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
Poor Dining Experience and Limited Facilities the dining experience we had was disappointing. the breakfast buffet was not well replenished and the choices were limited.
